Carbquik Recipe: Cut Buttermilk Biscuits

2 cups Carbquik™
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/8 cup water

Cut Buttermilk Biscuits


-Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place dry mix in mixer bowl. On low speed, slowly add liquid until dough forms. Do not overwork dough.
-Roll to ½ inch thick sheet.
-Cut 2 inch circles, place on greased baking sheet.
-Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Brush with butter or oil (optional).
