Carbquik Recipe: Sausage Balls
Per Ball (30 per batch):
3g Carbs - 2g Fiber = 1 net carb
149mg sodium (significantly less than with bisquick!)
1.5 cups Carbquik
1/2 lb bulk sausage
2 cups (8oz) cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup heavy cream
dash of itallian seasoning
Heat oven to 350 grease large jelly roll pan.
Stir all ingredients by hand in a bowl. It will seem very dry at first, keep working it and it will get moist. Roll into around 30 large balls.
Bake until brown (15-20 minutes)
