Carbquik Recipe: Tuna Patties


1 6 oz. can tuna
1 egg
pinch onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Carbquik
Oil for frying


Mix the tuna, egg, onion flakes, salt, pepper, and Carbquik together. Heat oil in pan (I used coconut oil), and spoon tuna mixture into 4 large pancake like patties.
Brown on each side. Add a vegetable and you have a quick delicious and filling meal!
