Carbquik Recipe: Impossible Quesadilla Pie


2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk (Carb Countdown)
1 cup CarbQuik mix
4 eggs


Heat oven to 425. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender for about 15 seconds. Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 25 to 30 inutes.
Cool 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
