Carbquik Recipe: Grilled Cheese Sandwich Pie

Ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 cup Carbquik
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Carb Countdown whole milk or 1/2 cup heavy cream mixed with 1/2 cup water
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 cup
Instructions:
In small bowl, mix egg, Carbquik, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup milk; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add remaining milk; beat well on low speed. Some small lumps of bake mix will remain. Stir in half the cheese. Pour into well-greased 9-inch pie pan and use your spatula to evenly distribute the cheese.
Bake at 425ยบ 25-30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake about 2 minutes until melted. Batter can be prepared and chilled up to 1 hour before baking.
