Carbquik Recipe: Beer Batter Biscuits

1/2 c. butter melted
1 bottle beer (lc beer, I used Aspen Edge)
2 pk of Splenda (optional)
2 1/2 cup carbquik


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray muffin tin (12) plus one custard cup with Pam.
Mix gently all ingredients, and only to moisten.
Ladle into muffin tins.
Cook until lightly browned, about 17 minutes.
