Carbquik Recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup carbquik
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup LC peanut butter
1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup Splenda
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sf chocolate chips or chunks of sf chocolate bar
Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl whisk together first 2 ingredients. In another bowl whisk together peanut butter, butter and splenda. Then add in the egg and vanilla.
Add Carbquik mixture to wet ingredients, stirring until blended, then add in chocolate chips. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
